Michael McQuay formed Principle Equity Investments, Inc. in 1997 doing business as a real estate investment company based in Houston, Texas. Its portfolio included retail, self storage and multi-family properties. In 2004, Michael McQuay along with his brother Randy McQuay formed Principle Equity Management to launch the firm as a sponsor in the tenant in common market. Mr. McQuay has over 20 years experience acquiring, managing, developing and renovating over $400 million in commercial properties. His experience includes: negotiating acquisition and disposition of properties, feasibility analysis of development and construction projects, permitting, subdividing land, mitigating insurance claims, commercial casualty rehabilitation, loan negotiation and project management.

Randy McQuay

Randy McQuay is President of Principle Equity, Principle Equity Management and Principle Equity Properties. Mr. McQuay has over 25 years of experience working with a number of regional and international real estate developers with responsibilities including acquisition, development, construction, asset management, and disposition. Mr. McQuay has managed over $300 million of development and construction projects throughout his career, and has been involved in the acquisition of more than $1 billion of office, retail and multi-family structures. He has a MBA from Indiana University, where he studied real estate investment and corporate management, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, where he studied construction management and development.

Ms. Larabee brings over 20 years of senior level professional experience in management, development, daily operations, and leasing of commercial real estate of all product types. Linda brings strength in Policy and Procedure development, budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting, building operations, lease negotiations, and solution-oriented problem solving. Her last position was in Seattle with a local developer where she was Vice President-Commercial running a management office overseeing a 3.2 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties and a staff of five. Prior to moving to Houston in June 2007, Linda was active for 15 years in the Seattle Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women where she served on the Board of Directors for 4 years. Ms. Garcia joined the firm in June 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting for PEM and its affiliated companies. Ms. Garcia has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining PEM Ms. Garcia was a sole proprietor providing interim and project oriented accounting and consulting services to commercial and residential real estate owners. From August 2000 to May 2006 she was Chief Financial Officer for Levcor, Inc., a privately held real estate development and management company. Ms. Garcia was responsible for overseeing the accounting operations for the real estate portfolio with operations in Texas, Arizona and Tennessee. Additionally, Ms. Garcia was Controller for United Investors Realty Trust, a public-traded REIT from February 1998 to December 1998 and Assistant Vice President from January 1999 to August 2000. UIRT owed 28 shopping centers in Texas, Tennessee, Arizona and Florida. Ms. Garcia spent four years in public accounting with Grant Thornton, LLP and its predecessors. Ms. Garcia earned her B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Ms. Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Rios joined Principle Equity Investments in March 2004 as Office Manager. Gloria was promoted to Director of Investor Relations in May of 2007. Her primary responsibilities include ensuring that all investor questions and concerns are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. Additionally she is also the administrator of the Human Resources department. Gloria was employed by Trammell Crow Residential in Houston, where she reported directly to the Vice-President of the Affordable Modular Housing Division.
